Javier Perez was named in Latino Leaders magazine as one of 62 “Top Latino Attorneys” nationwide.
Javier Perez attended The University of Texas School of Law where he served as President of the Chicano/Hispanic Law Students Association and worked in the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic at the Austin-based Equal Justice Center.
Javier represents clients in employment discrimination cases, including race/color, national origin, age, sex/gender, religious, disability, as well as retaliation and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
He also handles unpaid wages/overtime pay claims. Javier is the incoming President of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association (DHBA) and is currently a fellow in the Latino Center for Leadership Development Leadership Academy.
He was selected as a Thomson Reuters Rising Star for 2018 and 2019 and received DHBA’s Estrella award in 2015.
