Carson Bridges is an associate attorney at Scott | Perez LLP, focusing solely on employment law. He assists clients in disputes with their employers and has experience litigating a wide range of employment matters in both state and federal courts. Carson represents clients in cases involving race/color discrimination, national origin discrimination, age discrimination, sex/gender discrimination, religious discrimination, and disability discrimination. Carson also assists clients with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) issues, including overtime and minimum wage disputes.
Prior to joining Scott | Perez LLP full time, Carson interned at the firm during his time in law school, working on a variety of employment issues. Carson earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and his B.S. in psychology from the University of Georgia.
